About K-LIFE
A Korean course built out of a drama, for people who want to speak the language rather than collect flashcards.
Why we built it
Textbook Korean and the Korean people actually speak are two different languages. We started from the second one: a short drama set in a Seoul cafe, and every lesson built out of lines the characters just said.
How a lesson works
Watch a five-minute episode, learn the vocabulary and grammar it used, then say the lines back out loud. The AI compares your pronunciation with the original and points to the one sound to fix. Whatever you get wrong comes back on a review schedule until it sticks.
Who it is for
People living in Korea, preparing for TOPIK or KIIP, studying at a Korean university, working in a Korean company — or simply watching dramas and wanting to understand them without subtitles.
Where we are now
K-LIFE is young: the first season is out, new episodes are being written, and the course grows with the feedback we get. If something is broken or missing, telling us is the fastest way to change it.
